About Districts
Districts are the named neighbourhoods of Leonida. Most of them are in Vice City, where Rockstar has named Ocean Beach, Little Cuba, Stockyard and Southside, and fans have spotted more on street signs and buildings in the trailers. Outside the city, Watson Bay and Hamlet sit out in Grassrivers.
Each district has its own page with what Rockstar has shown there, and a pin on the interactive map. Pins are pre-release estimates, and we move them to their exact spots once the game is out.

- StockyardA Vice City neighbourhood with streetwear and tattoo shops, home to Stock 305 and Electric Fang Tattoo.
- SouthsideA gang-controlled part of Vice City where one crew's compound can be raided.
- Downtown Vice CitySpottedThe skyscraper core of Vice City on the bay, read off signs in Rockstar's footage and modelled on downtown Miami.
- CrosstownSpottedA Vice City neighbourhood named on official signage, near where the two interstates meet north of downtown.
- Vice BeachSpottedThe barrier island across the bay from downtown, named on police cars in official screenshots, home to Ocean Beach.
- Venetian IslandsSpeculationFans' name for the chain of small residential islands strung along a causeway between downtown and the beach.
