GTA 6 cheats FAQ
Does GTA 6 have cheats?
Rockstar has not said. Every main GTA game since GTA 3 has had cheat codes in single player, and GTA 5 offered them as button sequences, phone numbers and PC codes. We will list every GTA 6 cheat here as soon as players find them after launch on 19 November 2026.
Will cheats disable trophies in GTA 6?
That is not confirmed yet. In GTA 5, using a cheat turned off trophies and achievements for that session, so if GTA 6 has cheats, expect something similar. We will update this answer on launch day.
Can you use cheats in GTA Online or GTA 6 multiplayer?
Cheat codes have only ever worked in single player. GTA 5's codes do nothing in GTA Online, and Rockstar has not announced an online mode for GTA 6 yet.
How did cheats work in GTA 5?
In GTA 5 you could enter a button sequence during play, dial a number on the in-game phone, or type a code into the PC console. Each cheat had all three versions. The full list is on our GTA 5 cheats page.
