Does GTA 6 have businesses you can buy?
Rockstar has not announced businesses that earn money by themselves in GTA 6. What it has confirmed is robbing stores and banks, stealing cars for fences and fencing stolen goods, and two garages with a place to fence loot. In GTA 5, businesses arrived in GTA Online years after launch. The moment GTA 6 business payouts are known, they go into this calculator.
What is the best business in GTA Online right now?
By money per hour you play, Cayo Perico Heist (Kosatka) comes top of our ranking at about $624K an hour. For money that comes in while you do something else, Cocaine production leads at about $68K an hour. The full ranking is on our GTA Online page.
How does the money calculator work?
Tick the properties you own and whether they are upgraded. The calculator works out what each one earns per hour, ranks them, plans a session of the length you play around cooldowns, and ranks everything you do not own yet by how fast it pays for itself. Change the minutes for any job to match how quickly you play it.

In your browser, like your garage, with no account needed. Use Back up to save a small file and Restore to load it on another device. Restoring adds to what is there and never deletes anything.
