The Weed Farm grows eighty bundles in about 5 hours 20 minutes once upgraded, one every four minutes. A full stock is worth $210,000 to a nearby buyer and $315,000 to a far one, and the supplies for it cost $120,000.
It earns less per hour than cocaine, meth or cash, but the farm itself is cheap and it adds Organic Produce to a Nightclub warehouse. Organic Produce is one of the weaker Nightclub goods, so a fifth technician is usually better spent elsewhere if you have the choice.
Without upgrades the farm is slow and buying supplies loses money, so treat the Equipment upgrade as part of the price.
