The Document Forgery Office fills up fastest of the MC businesses, sixty boxes in about three hours with both upgrades, but each box is worth little. A full stock sells for $105,000 nearby or $157,500 far away, against $90,000 of bought supplies, which leaves a thin margin on a local sale.
It is the cheapest MC business to buy and upgrade, and owning one unlocks Printing and Copying in a Nightclub warehouse, the lowest-value Nightclub good. Most players buy it last, or only to complete a Nightclub with seven goods.
If you run it, sell to the far buyer every time: a local sale with bought supplies makes almost nothing.
