One of GTA Online's best passive businesses: 100 units of weapons worth up to $1,050,000 in Los Santos, made in about 11 hours 40 minutes.

A fully upgraded Bunker makes one unit of weapons every seven minutes, a hundred units in about 11 hours 40 minutes. A full stock is worth $700,000 in Blaine County and $1,050,000 in Los Santos, and buying the supplies for it costs $375,000 in five resupplies of $75,000. That is around $675,000 profit per full stock, or about $58,000 an hour.
The Bunker is slow but needs very little attention: buy supplies roughly every 2 hours 20 minutes, and sell once or twice a day. Owning one also unlocks Sporting Goods in a Nightclub warehouse. Staff can research weapon upgrades instead of manufacturing, but research makes no stock, so keep them on manufacturing for money.
Without upgrades production is slower and product is worth less, and buying supplies loses money. The Equipment upgrade is the one to get first.
