The Meth Lab makes twenty units of product in about six hours once it has its Equipment and Staff upgrades. A full stock is worth $297,500 to a nearby buyer and $446,250 to a far one, against $187,500 of bought supplies. That makes it the second most profitable MC business by the hour, behind cocaine.
Like every MC business it loses most of its value without upgrades, because the Equipment upgrade both raises the price of the product and makes supplies stretch about twice as far. Owning a Meth Lab also unlocks Pharmaceutical Research in a Nightclub warehouse, the second-best Nightclub good.
Meth sales are spread out over a wide map, so a full stock sold solo can take a while. Selling at half stock keeps it to fewer delivery vehicles.
