A Vehicle Warehouse runs Import/Export: you steal a car, store it, then deliver it to a buyer. Top-range cars pay up to $100,000 each. GTA BOOM puts a good solo player at about $225,000 an hour in an empty lobby, a little more than sourcing crates.
The trick is to keep one of each car in the warehouse and sell the top-range ones, so the best cars keep coming back. Damage comes off the sale price, so drive carefully on the way to the buyer.
You need an Executive Office first. The cheapest warehouse is La Mesa at $1,500,000.
