Executive Office GTA Online money guide
The office that makes you a CEO. It earns nothing by itself but you need one for Special Cargo and Vehicle Cargo.
An Executive Office makes you a CEO, which unlocks Special Cargo warehouses and Vehicle Cargo warehouses. The cheapest is Maze Bank West at $1,000,000. The office has no income of its own, so the calculator counts it as a requirement rather than an earner.
If you only want one CEO business, Special Cargo in a large warehouse pays more per sale and also unlocks Cargo and Shipments in a Nightclub, while Vehicle Cargo pays out in smaller, quicker chunks.
Being a CEO also lets you register an organisation for other businesses and missions, so an office is often one of the first big purchases players make.
