The Kosatka submarine is how you get to the Cayo Perico Heist, which you can play entirely solo. The primary target is worth $400,000 to $910,000 on normal difficulty and 10% more on hard, and secondary loot such as gold and cocaine adds more if you have room in your bag. Pavel takes 2% and the fence 10%, and every run has a $100,000 setup fee.
After a solo finale you wait three in-game days, about 2 hours 24 minutes, before you can start the next one. With a crew the wait is one in-game day. Fill the cooldown with other businesses.
