The Money Fronts car wash: a legal front whose safe fills with up to about $30,000 a day when you own its linked businesses.

Hands On Car Wash came with the Money Fronts update. It works as a passive income booster for the businesses you already own: its safe pays out every in-game day, and Push Square and GTA BOOM put the full take at around $30,000 a day once you own every linked business. Owning fewer pays less.
Money Fronts also brought Heat. Laundering raises it, uncollected safe money adds to it, and if it fills up the business is raided, so empty the safe and do a legal job now and then.
The car wash costs $1,000,000. Smoke on the Water and Higgins Helitours add smaller amounts to the same income.
