The Boardwalk GTA 6 location
A Shore Drive hotel from Trailer 1, the in-game version of the Breakwater Hotel and its famous neon tower.
The Boardwalk is the game's version of the Breakwater, the Ocean Drive hotel with the tall neon spire that turns up on half the postcards of Miami Beach. Miami press picked it out of the first trailer's opening shots, renamed but otherwise easy to recognise.
In real life the Breakwater sits a few blocks south of the Clevelander, so we have placed the Boardwalk just south of the Ocean View Hotel on the Ocean Beach strip. Its exact spot will be confirmed on launch day.
