Downtown is where the trailers show Vice City at its most modern: tall glass towers, wide avenues and huge screens. At street level it is all reflections, traffic and crowds; from higher up it becomes a grid of light.
Look up from the middle of an intersection for towering verticals, or find a quieter side street where one lit tower frames the end of the road. Late at night, when the streets empty out, the city feels completely different and far more cinematic.
