White-tailed Deer GTA 6 wildlife
Deer seen in the Grassrivers wetlands and at a forest stream watched by a hunter on an ATV.
Deer appear in two of Game Informer's new screenshots: a white-tailed buck standing in the Grassrivers wetlands at sunrise, and two deer drinking at a forest stream while a man with a rifle watches from an ATV. Fans have also spotted deer at a watering hole in Mount Kalaga.
Mount Kalaga is where Rockstar says you can hunt, so that is the best place to look, with Grassrivers a close second. Deer are skittish: stay downwind, crouch and approach slowly. Rockstar has not named the species, so we list it as spotted. Rarity and exact spawn spots go in on launch day.
